AN EMERGENCY MEASURE. WASHINGTON, March 11. Congressional leaders, with Mr Harding’s tentative approval, deoltfr*! to take up an emergency Tariff Bill at the earliest possible date next session. Senator Fordney, chairman of HIT House Ways and Means_ Committee, says the committee will start the framing of the Bill next week. It will probably include the main features ol the Bill which Mr Wilson killed.
