PAN-GERMAN AGITATION
DISTURBANCES FEARED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 27, 5.5 p.m. BERLIN, February 24. As a result of the violent pan-Ger-man propaganda, following bho decisions < f the Paris Conference, apprehensions arc entertained regarding an outbreak of disturbances in Germany during the London Conference. The possibility of an attempted coup d'etat Is discussed. The Allgemeinc Zeitung publishes a warning against heedless action, which it says would only renew foreign suspicion, and Germany's military leanings would be imputed by the German proletariat to Hie whole of the middle class instead of to a few political adventurers.
