LARGE HOLDINGS BILL ATTACK ON OAPITAL. THE PREMIER WARNED. (Australian and N.Z- Cable Assn.) Received February 26, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, February 25. Commenting on the London Chamber of Commerce protest against the New South Wales Large Holdings Bill, and Its possible effect on English investor.?, the Times reminds Mr Storey of MiTheodore's experience, and adds: "It is no use politicians coming to London, for capital, whilst in Australia they appear to devote their best efforts to destroy it." The paper also suggest : an amending Trustee Act in order to limit the borrowing power to a definite per centage of revenue.
