THE SHIPPING TROUBLE. A SETTLEMENT ANNOUNCED. (United Press Association. Received February 25, D.is p.m. MELBOURNE, February 25. When the compulsory conference met late in the afternoon it was announced that the shipping strike had been settled. The terms include the recommissioning of ships at the earliest possible moment.
