A FAMOUS CHAPEL
ST. GEORGE'S, WINDSOR. CLOSED FOR THREE YEARS. RESTORATION TO BE UNDERTAKEN. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, February 2 5. The architects having stated that they will not guarantee the safety of St. George's Chapel, -Windsor, for another year, it will he closed at Easter for three years to enable restoration to be affeclea. The architects consider that there is imminent danger of the roofing collapsing, entailing the destruction of Hie entire fabric. The members of the Ordor of the Garter have subscribed tile first year's restoration funds.
