The Greeks to evacuate Smyrna, which will return to the full sovereignty 'of Turkey. The freedom of the Straits under the Turkish sovereignty. The withdrawal of foreign troops from Constantinople territory after the ratification of the treaty. Complete financial and economic in-' ' dependence. \Mutual valuation of the reparation ; damages. ;; .'
