NEW ARBITRATION JUDGE
MR JUSTICE FRABER WELCOMED (by Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Monday. This morning His Honour Mr Justice Fraser was welcomed at the opening of the Arbitration Court by representatives of the employers, workers, lawyers, Mr Justice Stringer and .Mr Justice Cooper. Mr Justice Fraser said fte was following several distinguish ii predecessors. Ho would do his best, to keep harmony and industrial peace not merely an armed truce.
