AMERICAN FOREIGN LOAN. TO FINANCE EXPORTATIONS. TO ENGLAND AND EUROPE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 5, 12.5 a.m. WASHINGTON, February 3_. The War Finance Curpoiation, which Congress recently revived, has granted the llrst loan for the purpose of aiding American foreign trade of nearly 10,000,QU0 dollars, for a period of one year, to finance the oportation of condensed milk and other products to England and Europe.
