LABOUR PARTY'S POLICY. (United Press Association.) PERTH, February 3. Mr Collier, leader of (he Opposition opened the election campaign of the Labour Parly, lie announced that the policy included the taxation of unimproved land value, initiative and referendum, reduction of members of Parliament, universal suffrage for the Legislative Council or its abolition, and disposing of State Governors. There must be fundamental economic reconstruction. Labour stood not for red revolutic n, but for complete change in existing society policy.
