IN DIVORCE. (Before His Honor Sir Robert Stout). James Aubrey Graham (Mr Singer) applied for a divorce from Hilda Graham (no appearance) on the ground of desertion. Petitioner gave evidence that he was married to respondent on June £5, 1907, and there was one child born. They lived at Waihi, Auckland and Tc Puke. His wife had always been very discontented and had left home on pcveral occasions, twice selling the home during his absence. He afterwards went to Matanmta. He hud always maintained the child. His wife left in January, 1917, and Ids attempts It reconciliation had been unsuccessful. They had not lived together since. Martin A. Scott, builder, Hamilton, Rated that petitioner had lived with •dm since February, 1917. A decree nisi, to be made absolute at the end of three months, was granted.
