IN DIVORCE. (Before His Honor Sir Robert Stout). James Aubrey Graham (Mr Singer) applied for a divorce from Hilda Graham (no appearance) on the ground of desertion. Petitioner gave evidence that he was married to respondent on June £5, 1907, and there was one child born. They lived at Waihi, Auckland and Tc Puke. His wife had always been very discontented and had left home on pcveral occasions, twice selling the home during his absence. He afterwards went to Matanmta. He hud always maintained the child.
