NOTICES TO 25,000 WORKERS. FOR READJUSTMENT OP WAGES. TO AVOID UNEMPLOYMENT. Received December 6, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, December 5. Notices have been served on 25,000 Welsh tinplaters for cessation of work on the 24th, owing to falling prices and decreasing demands, with the object of a readjustment of wages so as possibly to avert unemployment.
