'JAPANESE CABINET DECISION. ON THE QUESTION OF CONTROL. (Australian and N.Z. Gable Assn.) Received December 6, 7.45 p.m. TOKIO, December 5. The newspapers assert that the Cabinet has reached a decision that maintain her stand against the United States' demand for the control of tlie cables between Shanghai and Guam and Yap. It is said that Japan is willing to arrange joint control with the United States. Viscount Uchida' has proposed that the question should be submitted to the League <sf Nations.
