ANNEXATION BY GERMANY. ONLY SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received December G, 7.45 p.m. RIO DE' JANEIRO,. December 5. President Pesoa has announced that Brazil will use its good oflices in support of the proposal that Germany should annex Austria. The Brazilian Minister at Vienna stated that the Austrian Government had explained that annexation would be the only solution of Austria's problems.
