DISSATISFACTION IN SCOTLAND. (Australian and N.Z. Gable Assn.) Received December G, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, December 6. The Western Scottish Cricket Union is dissatislied with the parent union's alleged lack of enterprise, and threatens to negotiate separately for a match at Glasgow with the Australian team yi 1921, and is prepared to offer its own guarantee.
