GERMAN REPARATIONS.
ARRANGEMENT WITH COMMISSION FOR HANDING OVER STOCK. Received December 5, 8.30 p.m. BERLIN, December 5. As the result of the German delegates' negotiations with the Reparation Commission in Paris, Germany has agreed to hand over to the Allies 1,7 10,000 fowls, 27,000 goals, and 15,250 pigs, also to surrender within half a year 30,000 horses, 125,000 sheep, (',0,000 hulls and 3xen, and 30,000 cows and heifers.
