Strikes are occurring in a number of trades, including gas, electricity and • builders. The position at Marseilles is serious. The Government discussed ttie situation to-day. M. Millerand stales that P, is proposed to prosecute the officials of tlie General Workers’ Federation round which is grouped not, trades unions, but an illegal body waiting to overturn established government.
