The Coalition Liberal Ministers addressed a crowded meeting at the Central Hall at Weslminsler. The chairman read a Idler from M" Lloyd George slating that the proceedings at Leamington thoroughly exposed !he unillness of (he National Liberal Federation, as at present managed, to represent Liberalism. “The.
