MR. ASQUITH’S VIEWS. (.Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, May 11. Mr Asquith, speaking at Scarborough, said that he regarded with great apprehension the continuance of the Supreme Council, which practically meant three Allied Premiers sitting side by side with the League o'f Nations. If Hie League-was ■to become what, all hoped it would, the sooner the Supreme Council disappeared the belter.
