ELECTRIC POWER BOARDS
THREE DISTRICTS PROCLAIMED. No time is being lost in the Thames Valley. Cambridge and Te Awamutu districts in preparing for the hydroelectric installation wdien power from the Hora Hora works is available, the various areas having been constituted electric power districts by proclamation in the last Gazette. The representation in the various districts will be:— Thames Valley (12) : Thames, Ohiueinuri, Piako and Matamata counties two eacli; Te Aroha, Paeroa and Thames boroughs and Morrinsville and Matamata town districts (combined) one each. ■Cambridge (8) : Cambridge borough and Cambridge and Pukckura road districts two each, Roto-o-Rangi road district and Leamington town district one eacli. Te Awamutu (10): Te Awamutu borough, Kihikihi town district and Rangiadhia road district (combined), and Mangapiako riding and Waipa county two each: Ohaupo town district, portion Pukekura road district and portion of Hamilton riding, Waipa county (combined), Kakcpuku road district and portion of Waitomo county (combined), portion of Wharepapa road district and portion of Parawora road district (combined) one each. The first election for the Cambridge and Thames Valley districts has been fixed for February 11.
