A SHORT, SIMPLE CEREMONY. PEACE RELATIONS RESUMED. (The Times.} Received January 13, 1.5 p.m. PARIS, Jan. 11. The peace formalities which were of the simplest character were concluded in fifteen minutes. Herr von Lersneiv signed first, then Mr Lloyd George, M. Clemenceau, Signor Nitti, Count Matsui, and the other delegates. M. Clemenceau closed the proceedlilgs with the announcement that the execution of the treaty would begin immediately. Later addressed a few words to Herr von Lcrsner and Herr von Simon; indicating that peace relations would he resumed, after after which the delegates were invited to tea in an adjoining room.
