CRISIS IN BULGARIA
REVOLUTIONARY SPIRIT GROWING.
KING ANXIOUS TO ABDICATE

According to a. Daily Express Belgrade telegram, there is a crisis in Bulgaria. The revolutionary movement is spreading among the peasants and the workmen, and is aided by the railway strike. „
The strikers have blown up two big railway bridges for which act four ringleaders have been shot. There have been a number of bloody encounters in Sofia between the strikers and troops, the latter using machine guns. Many casualties are reported.
The King and Royal family have been imprisoned in the palace for a fortnight. The King is anxious to abdicate.
