A recrudescence of the railwaymen’s troubles in Central Germany is threatened, the men demanding the establishment of Soviets, besides higher wages. RAILWAY TROUBLE SPREADING. A general railway strike is 'threatened for increased wages The western railwaymen have already declared a strike, and the trouble may involve the fall of the Government.
