WAIKATO TROTTING CLUB
MEETING TO-MORROW. At the Claudelands course to-morrow the annual race-gathering of the Waikato Trotting Club will be held. It is anticipated tiiat there will be a very large attendance of supporters of the light harness sport assisting at the fixture. The acceptances over the eight races on the programme are very satisfactory, and as many of the starters have recent form to recommend them, selection should take a wide range. The opening event of the programme will start at 12.15, and outgoing trains to all districts have been delayed so that patrons can see out the day’s sport before requiring to depart.
