FRESH RATIFICATION RESOLUTION. ALLIED ASSENT~NECESSARY. TO MAKE RESERVATIONS EFFECTIVE (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.)(Received Jan. 7, 9.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 5. Senator King has introduced, a ratification resolution embodying 15 resolutions, generally those of the majority reservationists, with a proviso that the reservations be effective only if the Allies assented.
