The official representative of the Arab Government, conferring witli the British authorities, that British troops return to Dair Ez Zor to restore order. The representative of Ramadkan Shalash made a similar application, and asked that funds be furnished to. replace those looted by bis friends, and enable him lo restore order at Dair Ez Zor. Both requests were refused, as it is the duly of the ■\rab Government to restore the situation. The incident may be regarded as closed.
