Morgan is one of the incorporators, has been formed, and will, engage in international trade. LORD JELLICOE’S TOUR. Received January 2, 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON. Jan. 1. It is announced that Lord Jellicoc has left Canada, and will reach Washington on the 3rd inst. He will make a stay at New York, where he will visit the naval college. Lady Jellicoc will sail for England from New York. Lord Jellicoc will leave for Cuba on January C.
POTATO FAMINE. Received January 2, 10.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Jan. 2. The potato famine is acute. New Zealand cables report that none are available for export. big fire. Received January 2, 10.5 p.m. ADELAIDE, Jan. 2. The Darling Flour Mill at Port Adelaide was gutted by fire, big slocks being lost. The damage has not yet boon estimated.
