ITALIAN ATTITUDE. } '■ ' v ; SOCIALIST MOVE DEFEATED.; (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.> Received December 15, 5.5 p.m. ROME, December 14. The Chamber unanimously urged the Cabinet to support in the inter-Allied Council the re-opening of diplomatic and commercial relation with all ports in Russia. This resolution was adopted after an overwhelming rejection of a Socialistic proposal for the immediate resumption of relations with the Soviet republic.
