The Farmers' Co-operative Auction■eerng Co., Ltd., Hamiiiton, report:—At Hamilton yesterday we held our weekly stock sale. The yarding of beef and fat sheep was small, but keenly competed for. The yarding of young cattle was good, and practically the whole yarding changed hands. We quote: Heavy fat cows, £l7 103 to £2O; lighter, £l3 10s to £ls 2s Gd; fresh cows, £8; stores, £5 17s 6d -to £0 Is; good yearling steers, £4 17s Gd to £5 10s; others, £2 lf>s to £3 15s; good heifers, £5 lis to •£G 15s; others, £2 8s to £3 7s Gd; prime fat ewes, £2 5s to £2 9s Gd; fat hoggets 30s Gd to 325; fresh ewes, 27s Gd; ewes and lambs, 37s Gd; store ewes, 21s; heavy baeoners. £6 8s to £7 10s; porkers,-£4 9.s to £5 10s; slips, £2 to £2 17s; weaners, 2£s to 365. • The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co' Ltd., quote:—Fat cow, £l2 15s to £IG: cows, in fresh condition, £8 2s Gd to £8 12s: two-year-old empty Shorthorn heifers, £7 17s to £8 13s; 20-months heifers, £6 10s to £7 7s; 18-months heifers, £5 13s to £G; 15-months old steers, £4 17s to £5 4s: ■ mall yearling steers, £2 15s to £3 as: yearling heifers, £3 lis to £-5 9s; dairy cows, £l3 10s to £26: springing heifers, £8 5s to £l4 10s; fat ewes, £1 17s to £2 2s; heavy bacon pigs, £0 10s to £7 2s: medium bacon pigs. £4 8s to £5 is; small porkers, £2 is to £2 9s; weaners, £l-5s to. £1 16s.
