RELATIONS WITH BELGIUM. (Reuter.) (Received Sept; 7, 5.5 p.m.) HAGUE, Sept. 16. At the opening of the States General, Queen Wilhelmina, referring to the relations with Belgium,' said the Dutch Government had been called upon emphatically to defend the rights of the State and its integrity. “My thoughts,” continued her Majesty, “are with my people and turn .towards Limburg, Zeeland and Flanders, whose fidelity , devotion, solidarity and strength form an unmistakable impression in . our national unity." The Queen’s Speech foreshadowed a tax on luxuries, and measures against profiteering. . „
