BISHOP NEVILLE'S RESIGNATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. At the opening of the Anglican Synod the Primate, Bishop Neville, Rfter stating that he was the senior Bishop of the Anglican Episcopate tlu'o'ughout the world, announced his ' intention to rpsign with the proposal that the resignation would take effect from December 31 next. In the course of his address Bishop Neville expressed the opinion that objections could be found to the proposal to make the Bishop of Wellington Prirnate exoflkio.
