A PRINTER FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday 1 . William Craiir was charged at the Magistrate's Court with printing leallets without giving his imprint and address thereon. The charges out of recent cases in which William Parker was sentenced for circulating seditious leaflets. Defendant was-fined £5 on each of three charges, the magistrate saying that in view of the circumstances that the leaflets were Printed at Craig's works without his knowledge,, he would be prepared to remit part of the fine if the matter were referred back to him by tl;e Minister of Justice, i
