LATEST ALLIES AND BOLSHEVISTS
REPORTED UNDERSTANDING.

Mr. Lansbury, editor of the Daily Herald, asserts that the Allies have decided upon an understanding with the Bolshevists on a basis providing that the Bolshevists coniine their activities to present territory and the Allies withdraw from Russia.
