• The Chicago Tribune’s Paris correspondent says it is believed that Japan is aggrieved because of the probable loss of KjoachaU and the failure of the initial effort to secure freedom for Japanese emigration ,1.0 the United States, Australia and Canada, and Britain’s support of Mr, Wilson against Japan on the question of immigration.
