ALLIED FORCES IN RUSSIA. (Australian and N.Z. Gable Assn.) PARIS, March 2G. M. Piehon states that the total strength of the Allied forces at Archangel is 370,000 ,and on the Siberian front 370,000. The British airmen, Grieve and Hawker, who arc planning to fly the Atlantic in April, arc delayed by icefloes off the const, and probably will he obliged to proceed to Halifax, SIR R. L. BORDEN. Australian lamb and mutton were sold in the market, as an experiment, at several cents per lb cheaper than the American product.
