ATTACKED ON THREE SIDES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) WARSAW, March 27. M. Palndski, interviewed, stated that "men are available to defend Poland. They are now attacked on three sides. Rifles and munitions are lacking, but it is easy to equip half a million men. Utilising war materia! now in Franqe The German army is demoralised, and the Bolsheviks easy to overcome. The Ukrainians conquered the Poles only because of superior equipment, which the Germans left behind.
