NATIONAL. RECEPTION FOR PRESIDENT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 29, 9 a.m. LONDON, March 28. The Sinn Fein headquarters, Dublin, announce that a national welcome will be accorded Devalera, the llrst president of the so-called Irish Republic, on Wednesday. The Lord-Mayor will receive Devalera at the gates of the city and escort him to the Mans'on House, where he will deliver a speech.
