WRECKAGE FOUND. (Crated Press Association.) SYDNEY, Nov. 5. Wreckage found off the Heads is supposed to be fiom the schooner Handa Isle, which sailed from Melbourne on September 28 and has not since been reported. There were 11 hands aboard. AUSTRALIA'S INDEMNITY. SYDNEY, Nov. 5. The Returned Soldier and Sailors' League is supporting the demand that Germany fully indemnify Australia's war outlay. RUBBER-GROWERS' REQUEST. MELBOURNE, Nov. 5.. The Pacific Island planters have urged the Minister of Home Affairs to increase the price of rubber, including that in hand,, to at least 2s, otherwise thoy could not cany on. Consideration has been promised. THE PAPER SHORTAGE. MELBOURNE, Nov. 5. In view of the possibility of getting more shipping at an early date, the M inist«r gave a Press delegation a hope that the restriction of paper consumption would be withdrawn.
