Following on a conference between deputies from Austrian and Prussian Poland, the independence of Pola:rJ was proclaimed on Monday. Work was suspended, Hags displayed, and processions held. AMSTERDAM. October 17. The Poles, including those in Poscn and Prussia, have demanded complete independence.
