THE PEACE MOVE
EXCITEMENT IN NEW SOUTH WALES. COMPLETE SIHRENDER DEMANDED. (United Press Association.) SYDNEY, October 15. The misinterpretation of Germany's acceptance of President Wilson's points into her surrender caused much excitement in various cities and laughable developments in the country. The, Newcastle miners celebrated the supposed peace by taking Monday off. .V (Joulburn the sewerage employers ami many other works made holiday, and some business places were closed. At Bathurst the joybells were rung, an i crowds paraded the streets till midnight. The newspaper oflices everywhere were deluged with inquiries, crowds awaiting the posting of news. Press and public feeling m the Commonwealth is steadily hardening against anything short of Germany's complete surrender.
