INCREASED RAIL AND TRAM RATES. (United Press Association.) deceived October 15, 9.50 p.m. SYDNEY, October 15. The Cabinet has decided to allow the. Railway Commissioners To impose an. increase in fares and freights, equivalent to ?5 per cent, on the railway revenue. A jd increase in tram fares i.s also expected BACON FACTORY DESTROYED. (United Press Association.) Received October 16, 10.20 a.m. SYDNEY. October 16. Barnes' bacon factory, in the city, was destroyed by fire, the damage being extensive. CENSURE MOTION DEFEATED. SYDNEY, October 16. In the Asembly Mr Storey's censure motion was defeated by 46 to 27. THE I.W.W. ENQUIRY. SYDNEY, October 10. The takinsr of evidence has been concluded in the I.W.W. enquiry.
