JUNIOR NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
RESTRICTION OF CANDIDATES. WELLINGTON BOARD PROTESTS. Bv Telegraph—Press Assoeiation. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Education Department recently instructed the boards that entries for Junior National Scholarships from pupils of the sixth standard must be lihiited to 10 per cent, of the pupils considered by the head masters as sure to pass. The Wellington Board decided to-day to protest against any fixed ed limitation.
