THE SERBIAN REQUIREMENTS. LITTLE RECTIFICATION OF FRONTIERS. NO FORGIVENESS FOR BULGARIA. (Reuter's Telegrams.) LONDON, October 12. The Serbian Premier, in an interview, stater! that Serbia needed very Blight rectification of her frontier to safeguard the railways towards Roumania and Salonika, but Serbia and the other Balkan States were not willing to forgive the Bulgars for oppressing their peoples. FIGHTING ROUND NISH. REINFORCED "ENEMY DEFEATED. 90,000 PRISONERS CAPTURED. (Australian and N.Z. and Renter.) LONDON, October 13. A French Eastern communique says that there was violent fighting on Thursday south of Nish between the Serbians and the enemy, who was reinforced by new German divisions. Counter-attacks by a German alpine corps on the left hank of the Morava were shattered, with heavy enemy losses. East of the Morava the Serbs continue to advance in the hills south of Nish. Since September 15th, including the 11th German-Bulgarian army which was surrounded in the Kecevo and Kelhandlen passes and surrendered, the Allies have captured 90,000 prisoners, including lf>oo officers and five generals, with 2000 guns, hundreds of machine-guns and immense booty.
