Tlie Munich Neuestc Nachrichtcn states that official circles in Berlin expect the immediate disssolution of the Austro-Hungarian dual monarchy and the proclamation of the independence of the Czechs and Jugoslavs, also the creation of an independent German State in Austria, which will unite with the German Empire. KAISER ORDERS EXTENSIVE AMNESTY TO POLITICAL OFFENDERS. Received October 14, 7.20 p.m. COPENHAGEN, October 13. Advices from Berlin state that the Kaiser has ordered the Chancellor lo draw up an extensive amnesty for political offenders. AMSTERDAM, October 13., The Suffrage Committee of the Prussian Upper House has deleted the clause in the Franchise Bill giving an additional vote to persons over 40 years of age.
