The Anglo-French and Belgians have begun a new Flanders on an extensive front, which is designed to secure the Belgian ports. FRENCH CAPTURE 3000 PRISONERS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 15, 12.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 14. In Flanders the French have captured 3000 prisoners. ROULERS CAPTURED. RAPIDLY PRESSING EASTWARD. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 15, 2.5 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 14, 6.30 p.m. The British have captured Roulers, and arc rapidly pressing eastward. ALLIES NORTH OF COURTRAI. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 15, 2.5 p.m. LONDON, October 14. After the British capture of Roulers, the Allies pushed on, and are now four miles north of Courtrai.
