THE FLANDERS COAST PRACTICALLY EVACUATED BY GERMANS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.'s Received October 14, 8.45 a.m. LONDON, October 12. The Germans have practically abandoned the Flanders coast. They have removed a large number of guns and sunk more ships at the entrance t Zeebrugge and Ostend to hinder sea operations.
