A VICTORY LOAN PARADE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn ) Hecei\ed Oeloher 13. .->.;> p.m.' NEW YORK, October 12. While President Wilson was marching in the, Victory Loan parade, in New York, a man dashed out from* the crowd. The police collared him and his revolver was later found in the street.
