FRENCH GAIN FURTHER GROUND EASTWARD OF NOYON. (High Commissioner's Cable.) LONDON, August 29. A French official report states that Noyon has been captured, and eastwards a footinc lias been gained on the slopes of Mont St. Simon, capturing Landrimont and Morlincourt. Progress has been made on the Oise and Aisne fronts.
