Tin* Sen-ill' reporter the whole, day reading his report. It showed that Malvy helped the peace-at-any-price campaign, and was aware of the injury in 1915 of the campaign conducted by Trotsky in the Paris papers. Trotsky even then was in German pay. .Malvy only signed the decree for Trotsky's expulsion in December, IDI3, and even then all Trotsk> s accomplices were not expelled. The report says Malvy worked hand-in-hand with the worst, type of anarchists and paciiists. CHARGE OF HIGH TREASON WITHDRAWN. Received July 20, 2.10 p.m. PARIS, July 19. The prosecution in the Malvy case withdrew the charge of high treason.
