CHANGES PENDING. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 4, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, May 3. The Daily Chronicle states that further changes in the Admiralty organisation are pending, notably strengthening the war staff, the rearrangement of shipbuilding work, and the hastening of con.ftruction. Sir Edward Carson, First Lord, does not intend to resign.
