THE K.fcGS.
Albert Capellani who may be called Clara Kimball Young's director, has had a wonderful career. His work has had sensational success, and his last play with Clara Kimball Young in "The Com iron Law" will be well remembered for its artistry of setting. His opportunities in "The Dark Silence," owing to the'part played bv the great war in the plot, are much greater ior studio art, and consequently the play is rich in fine scenes. I lie hospital and trench scenes are supremely fine, as also the luxurious interiors in England and in Paris. THEATRE ROYAL. "Spartaeus" drew a large audience at the Theatre Royal last evening. Seev ' this mighty drama you will lose all sens,? tf time and reality. You will see tile noble buildings, the busy streets, he spacious arenas of gladiatorial combats, the stately temples and graceful !i' me.s of the ancient Romans; you will see the battle hosts that engaged in the tremendous revolt, and the barbr. ic splendour of militarism in those days. It will be screened again to-night.
